Overview
Bal Harbour Shops ACCESS is a traveling luxury retail concept developed by Bal Harbour Shops — the iconic Miami-based open-air luxury shopping destination — designed to bring its curated boutique experience to new U.S. markets through a temporary, architecturally designed container village.
Served as Event Manager for the Destin, FL market, supporting the on-site execution and programming of an 8-week experiential activation featuring premium brands including Balmain, Tiffany & Co., Dolce & Gabbana, Assouline, Golden Goose, and more, alongside VIP hospitality and cultural programming.
Role & Responsibilities
Managed on-site event execution and daily programming logistics
Supported senior production leadership in delivering 40+ programmed events
Coordinated vendor partners, staffing, and run-of-show execution
Oversaw guest experience and hospitality flow for luxury brand activations
Executed culinary and cultural events including:
Omakase Experience (Chef Yasu Tanaka)
Breakfast at Tiffany’s
High Tea Series
VIP socials
Charity and media events
Assisted with VIP and media guest coordination
