CHAGEE LA Brea Grand Opening DYI Charm Kiosk Activation

To support the grand opening of CHAGEE at Brea Mall, a three-day DIY Charm Lab activation was produced to drive foot traffic, increase app downloads, and generate social engagement during launch weekend.
The activation served as a high-visibility engagement point within the mall. Rather than relying solely on sampling, the experience invited guests to participate in a hands-on customization moment while waiting in line.
At the center of the installation was a branded open-format kiosk where guests could design their own CHAGEE keychain using curated enamel charms. The experience transformed wait time into interaction converting foot traffic into digital engagement through a tangible, incentive-driven system.
The result was a launch activation that felt interactive and rewarding, while strategically supporting app growth and review generation during a critical retail opening window.
