As part of the Bal Harbour Shops ACCESS luxury retail pop-up, I supported the production and execution of an intimate Omakase dining experience exclusively for ACCESS members. Hosted at The Whitman, the evening was designed to extend the elevated hospitality programming of the container village into a refined culinary moment.
Led by Miami-based Chef Yasu Tanaka, the experience featured a curated multi-course omakase menu paired with premium sake selections. The event transformed the venue into an intimate dining environment where guests could experience Japanese culinary craftsmanship in a highly personalized setting.
With limited seating and a carefully paced service format, the evening emphasized exclusivity, precision, and guest connection reinforcing the ACCESS pop-up’s positioning as a destination not only for luxury retail, but for curated cultural and lifestyle experiences.
The result was an intimate hospitality moment that complemented the broader activation while strengthening relationships with high-value ACCESS members.
